You are Invited to our coffee morning organised by the Social Prescribing Service here at your GP Practice

Thursday 28th March from 10am to 12pm (and planning to meet twice a month)

At Hanwell Community Centre, Westcott Crescent, Hanwell, London, W7 1PD

Everyone over 65 years old that feels lonely and isolated, please join us for a chat over a cup of tea/ coffee and biscuits.
